Project History:

Three-Five Systems - PRI assisted this Wall Street LCD Maker in establishing a new factory in China by helping with site selection and recruiting four expatriate staff. PRI's efforts helped get this $10 million factory two design awards.

Andrew Institute - PRI helped this Telecommunications Cable Company with site selection and understanding the WFOE environment in China along with assisting in recruiting a General Manager.


Galtronics - PRI assisted this Cellular Phone Antennae Maker in establishing a factory in China by completing a business plan, recruiting a General Manager and a Manufacturing Engineer. PRI also completed China sales work which led to 100% of this factory's products being sold in China.


Precision Lamp-- Closing the line was the already chosen answer for this SD Lamp Maker. They were losing money assembling high labor content lamps in California. But with PRI's help, a move from California to Tianjin changed their whole business plan. PRI assisted them in quick start up by finding a General Manager, registering their factory, and renting and outfitting a facility. In less than 100 days, PRI helped this factory go from an idea in California to a reality in China.
