Precision Lamp-- Closing the line was the already chosen answer for this SD Lamp Maker. They were losing money assembling high labor content lamps in California. But with PRI's help, a move from California to Tianjin changed their whole business plan. PRI assisted them in quick start up by finding a General Manager, registering their factory, and renting and outfitting a facility.
