Wong Ing Tiong, CFO
Ing Tiong is from Malaysia and educated in the UK. He comes to us after completing 26 years at Shell. He finished as Senior Business Finance Advisor where he was an extremely valuable part of their China team. Both his deep business insight and China know how make him a great team member for PRI.




Jennifer Yang, Project Manager
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in law from Beijing's Institute of Technology. Jennifer has conducted numerous site selections and provided close management of several company start-ups, excelling in detailed project management and facilitation of government approvals and permits.




Allen Yang, Government Relations
Allen is from Changchun in China and educated in the US. His deep government relations ability makes him a great asset to our team. He has worked for PRI for over 10 years, and has built a deep network of contacts throughout China both at national and local levels. Mr Yang specializes in M&A negotiations and communication with government departments and development zones.




Victor Hou, Hohhot
Victor is a Chinese American and a graduate of the UCLA School of Engineering. He comes to PRI from Accenture and Deloitte, where he spent over 15 years advising senior management of Fortune 500 companies to develop solutions to their business critical issues. His specialties include mergers and acquisitions and post-merger business integration. He has worked with large manufacturers to implement world class manufacturing practices across their global businesses. Victor's understanding of Chinese and Western cultures and practices plus his experiences in world class manufacturing adds a unique perspectives to the PRI team.




Mike Zelechowski, Chengdu
Mike graduated with an MBA in December of 1990. He taught International Business in China for one year and there became familiar with PRI. He began working in PRI's USA headquarters in January, 1993 and arrived in Chengdu permanently in 1996. He brings a wealth of hands on experience and is especially skilled at taking projects from the planning stage and seeing them through to smooth, concrete, and successful implementations within the local environment.




Hoover Lee, Kunming
Hoover Lee is opening PRI's newest office in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province. Hoover brings USA training, four years of China management experience, and Chinese language and cultural fluency to this office.






Graham Miller, PRI Finance Analyst
Graham Miller currently serves as PRI's Finance Analyst. Besides that, he is also a board member for Univertical Suzhou and Zhongshan Paper and Pulp, in addition to serving on the Supervisory Board for Beckett Asia Pacific. As PRI's Finance Analyst, Mr. Miller primarily oversees the financial performance for PRI's portfolio of manufacturing companies across China.

Prior to PRI Mr. Miller served as Unilever's Finance Manager from 1994 to 2002, Mr. Miller managed teams across Unilever's finance function in London, Rotterdam and Shanghai, in addition to project appraisal of various Unilever investments across China. Mr. Miller received his B.S. degree with Honors from Bristol University in Math/Econ. He is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.




Juliet Chen, PRI Director of Consulting
Juliet Chen was most recently General Manager at PRItronics Beijing, one of PRI's factory operations. She had overall P&L responsibility for managing start-up operations including sales, HR, production and supplier relations. Juliet has completed her post-graduate studies in psychology from Beijing Normal University and bachelor's degree in English from Inner Mongolia University. Ms. Chen has developed excellent management and consulting knowledge and experience from her work with consulting companies and manufacturing companies during the past 15 years.






Joan Wang, PRI HR Supervisor
Joan Wang has been with PRI since 2006 and currently serves as PRI's HR Supervisor. During her 3 years with PRI, she has set up corporate HR systems and been responsible for every function of the HR department. Ms. Wang has made significant contributions to get the right people in the right positions, including recruitment of highly specialized and/or technically skilled individuals for clients' hard to fill positions. Additionally she leads the team in recruiting of Chinese workers for our clients, PRI's equity holdings and for PRI headquarters itself. With strengths in character emphasis, communication, organization and assessing strengths and weaknesses, Ms. Wang has been forging healthy, growing environments at our clients, our holdings and at PRI, as well.

Ms. Wang graduated with a B.A. from Renmin University of China in 2005.




David Cheng, PRI Sales Manager
David Cheng has served as PRI's sales manager for a variety of business operations. He is a natural and passionate salesperson. At PRI, Mr. Cheng has worked with and led numerous China market research and strategic advisory projects for US customers across multiple industries. Mr. Cheng has also worked with clients to build their China market presence from start-up to successful sales. Currently, he is a MBA candidate in a joint program between Peking University and Northern Virginia University and holds a bachelor degree from Dalian Jiaotong University with a major in chemical engineering and a minor in marketing. Prior to PRI, Mr. Cheng was a Sales Engineer with BAC, a leading cooling equipment Joint Venture company in China.
